Question 1

What is PAR CRM?

Accepted Answer

PAR CRM is a WhatsApp CRM and sales system built for growing businesses. It gives sales teams a shared WhatsApp inbox, visual Kanban pipeline, bulk broadcast campaigns, automation rules, an AI chatbot, and in-chat WhatsApp Flows — all powered by the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. Unlike the standard WhatsApp Business app, PAR CRM is built for teams: multiple agents share one business number, leads are tracked through a pipeline, and follow-ups are automated.

Question 2

What is the difference between PAR CRM and WhatsApp Business app?

Accepted Answer

The WhatsApp Business app is designed for a single user on one device. It has no team inbox, no pipeline, no bulk broadcasting to large lists, and no automation. PAR CRM connects your WhatsApp number to the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API and gives your entire sales team a shared inbox, a Kanban deal pipeline, the ability to broadcast to thousands of contacts, automation rules, and an AI chatbot — all managed from one web dashboard. It is the step up businesses take when they outgrow the WhatsApp Business app.

Question 3

How does PAR CRM work?

Accepted Answer

After signing up, you connect your WhatsApp Business number to PAR CRM via the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API (we walk you through this in about 5 minutes). From that point, all customer WhatsApp messages arrive in your team's shared inbox in real time. Agents can assign conversations, reply, use saved templates, and move leads through a visual sales pipeline. You can set up automation rules, create broadcast campaigns, build a knowledge base for your AI chatbot, and capture leads with in-chat WhatsApp Flows — all from the same dashboard.

Question 4

Which businesses is PAR CRM best for?

Accepted Answer

PAR CRM is designed for any business that sells primarily over WhatsApp — including real estate agencies, clinics and healthcare providers, e-commerce stores, travel agencies, recruitment firms, and service businesses. It works best for teams of 1 to 15 sales agents handling 50 to 500 or more leads per month. If your team is currently managing leads through personal phones or WhatsApp groups and losing track of follow-ups, PAR CRM is built to solve exactly that.

Question 5

Can multiple agents use one WhatsApp number with PAR CRM?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this is one of the core features. PAR CRM connects your WhatsApp Business number to the Meta Cloud API, which allows your entire team to work from the same number in a shared inbox. Agents can be assigned specific conversations, and managers can see all chats in one place. This is not possible with the standard WhatsApp Business app, which is limited to a single device.

Question 6

Does PAR CRM have a CRM pipeline?

Accepted Answer

Yes. PAR CRM includes a visual Kanban sales pipeline where leads move through custom stages — for example: New Lead, Contacted, Proposal Sent, Won, or Lost. You can drag and drop deals between stages, view the full conversation history on each lead, set follow-up reminders, and track your entire funnel at a glance.

Question 7

Can I send bulk WhatsApp messages with PAR CRM?

Accepted Answer

Yes. PAR CRM includes a WhatsApp Broadcast feature. You create a Meta-approved message template, select a segment of contacts (filtered by tags, pipeline stage, or other criteria), and send to thousands of contacts in under a minute. PAR CRM tracks delivery rates, read rates, and replies for each campaign. All broadcasts go through the official Meta API, so your number stays compliant.

Question 8

Does PAR CRM have a WhatsApp chatbot?

Accepted Answer

Yes. PAR CRM includes an AI chatbot powered by a knowledge base you build — upload PDFs or paste text, and the chatbot answers customer questions automatically. Every inbound message follows a three-step flow: AI chatbot tries to answer; if it cannot or its monthly limit is reached, automation rules run; then the message is assigned to a human agent with an auto-reply so no message is ever ignored. Included in all plans with tiered monthly reply limits.

Question 9

What is WhatsApp Flows and does PAR CRM support it?

Accepted Answer

WhatsApp Flows is a Meta feature that lets businesses send interactive forms directly inside a WhatsApp chat — for lead qualification, appointment booking, or surveys. Customers fill the form without leaving WhatsApp. PAR CRM supports WhatsApp Flows natively: you build flows in the dashboard, send them to contacts, and form submissions automatically create leads in your pipeline.

Question 10

Will using PAR CRM get my WhatsApp number banned?

Accepted Answer

No. PAR CRM uses the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API, which is the only Meta-approved way for businesses to message customers at scale. Unlike unofficial bulk-messaging tools, PAR CRM operates fully within Meta's policies. Your number is never at risk. Meta bans happen when businesses use unofficial methods — you are always compliant here.

Question 11

Is PAR CRM officially approved by Meta?

Accepted Answer

Yes. PAR CRM integrates with the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. This is the same infrastructure WhatsApp recommends for businesses that need to scale customer communication. Your business number connects directly through Meta's platform with full policy compliance.

Question 12

Is the 7-day trial on all plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, no credit card required.

Question 13

Is there a free version of PAR CRM?

Accepted Answer

PAR CRM does not have a permanent free tier, but every account starts with a full 7-day free trial — no credit card required. Paid plans start at $15 per month.

Question 14

How much does a WhatsApp CRM cost?

Accepted Answer

PAR CRM starts at $15/month (Starter: 2 agents, 500 contacts, 1 number). Growth is $39/month for up to 5 agents. Business is $99/month for up to 15 agents and 3 numbers. Save 20% on annual billing. Meta template message fees for broadcasts are billed separately by Meta.

Question 15

Do you offer annual billing?

Accepted Answer

Yes — save 20% on any plan billed annually.

Question 16

Can I change plans anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upgrade instantly. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.

Question 17

Are Meta template message fees included?

Accepted Answer

No — Meta charges separately for template messages (broadcasts, flows). We never mark these up.

Question 18

Do I need WhatsApp Business API?

Accepted Answer

Yes. PAR CRM connects through the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API — the only supported way for teams to share one business number. We guide you through setup in onboarding.

Question 19

Can I use my existing WhatsApp number?

Accepted Answer

In most cases, yes. You connect your WhatsApp Business account through Meta. Personal WhatsApp numbers may need to be migrated to a Business account first — we walk you through this during onboarding.

Question 20

Does PAR CRM have an API?

Accepted Answer

Yes. PAR CRM includes a public REST API and outbound webhooks on Business and Enterprise plans. You can create contacts, manage leads, read conversations, and send WhatsApp template messages programmatically. Webhooks deliver real-time events to your own systems.

Question 21

What happens when I hit my AI reply limit?

Accepted Answer

At 80% usage you get an email warning. At 100% the AI pauses and your team handles chats — no messages are ever lost. You can upgrade anytime to restore AI replies immediately.

Question 22

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Major credit and debit cards, depending on your region. All payments are processed securely by our billing partner — we never store card numbers on our servers.

Question 23

What happens when my trial ends?

Accepted Answer

You can upgrade to a paid plan to keep access. If you do not upgrade, your workspace is paused until you choose a plan — your data is retained.

Question 24

What happens to my data if I cancel or downgrade?

Accepted Answer

Your data is yours. If you cancel, your workspace is paused and your conversations, contacts, and pipeline are retained for 30 days — giving you time to export or reactivate. We never delete your data without notice.
