- WhatsApp data: Messages, contact details, and conversation history processed on your behalf through the Meta WhatsApp Business API.
- Usage data: Log data, browser type, IP address, and feature usage to improve our service.
- Billing information: Payment details processed by our payment partners. We do not store card numbers.
2. How we use your information
- To provide and improve the PAR CRM service
- To send transactional emails (invoices, alerts, notifications you configure)
- To respond to support requests
- To prevent fraud and enforce our terms
We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. WhatsApp data
PAR CRM processes WhatsApp messages on your behalf using the official Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API. You connect your own WhatsApp Business Account; message and contact data from that account is stored securely in your workspace and is only accessible to your authorized team members. We comply with Meta's data usage policies. WhatsApp API usage fees are billed by Meta to your business, not by us.
4. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data is purged within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer for legal or compliance purposes.
5. Data security
We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for data in transit and encrypt sensitive fields at rest. Access tokens and API keys are stored encrypted.
6. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services:
- Meta (WhatsApp Business API) — message delivery
- Payment processors — secure subscription billing
- Resend — transactional email delivery
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (right to erasure)
- Export your data in a portable format
