Terms of Service

By accessing or using PAR CRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PAR CRM regarding your use of the PAR CRM software-as-a-service platform.

2. Description of service

PAR CRM is a WhatsApp-first customer relationship management platform that enables businesses to manage WhatsApp conversations, leads, and sales pipelines. The service operates via the official Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your business to these terms. The service is intended for business use only.

4. Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
  • One account per business entity unless otherwise agreed.

5. WhatsApp Business API compliance

By using PAR CRM, you agree to comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Terms of Service. You are solely responsible for the content of messages sent through our platform and for obtaining proper consent from your contacts.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use PAR CRM to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk marketing without proper consent
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware or conduct phishing attacks
  • Resell or sublicense the service without written permission

7. Subscription and billing

  • Paid PAR CRM subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance through our payment partners.
  • All PAR CRM subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • We reserve the right to change PAR CRM pricing with 30 days' notice.
  • Failure to pay your PAR CRM subscription may result in service suspension.

7.1 WhatsApp messaging fees (Meta)

PAR CRM is separate from Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform billing. When you connect your WhatsApp Business Account, Meta bills your business directly for WhatsApp API usage (such as template messages) according to Meta's pricing and policies. PAR CRM does not charge you for WhatsApp message delivery on Meta's behalf unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing. You are responsible for adding and maintaining a valid payment method on your WhatsApp Business Account in Meta Business Manager.

8. Free trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with Growth plan features. No credit card is required. After the trial, the account reverts to free tier limitations unless upgraded.

9. Data and privacy

Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Intellectual property

The PAR CRM platform and all associated intellectual property belong to PAR CRM. You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a license to process your data solely to provide the service.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PAR CRM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim.

12. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for outages caused by Meta's WhatsApp API or other third-party services.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted. We may immediately suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Karachi, Pakistan.

15. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will provide 30 days' notice for material changes.
